Before a cleaning visit
- Tell us which rooms and surfaces need attention and identify priority areas.
- Mention delicate surfaces, pets, access details and any special requests.
- Ask in advance whether appliance interiors or extra tasks are part of your agreed service.
Before an HVAC visit
- If known, provide the system type and describe the symptoms.
- Make the equipment and thermostat accessible where safe to do so.
- Do not attempt unsafe electrical, gas or refrigerant work yourself.
Before handyman or water repairs
- Describe the fixture, leak or project and where it is located.
- Keep the immediate work area accessible where possible.
- Mention any known shutoff or access concerns and ask which materials are included.
